We’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions we receive to help make your Smart Cart journey as smooth and straightforward as possible. Do you keep carts in stock?
Yes. We regularly carry a selection of popular models and colour combinations in stock for clients who prefer immediate delivery. Availability varies depending on demand and incoming shipments.
How long will it take to receive my custom-built golf cart?
Custom orders typically take 10–12 weeks from confirmation to delivery. Once an order is placed with the factory, production takes approximately 4–6 weeks for a shipment of around 24 golf carts. The shipment then spends a further 6 weeks at sea before arriving in South Africa. While we work hard to meet these timelines, we recommend allowing an additional 1–2 weeks on either side for unforeseen manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays.
Can I finance my Smart Cart?
Yes. We offer finance options through approved finance providers, making it easy to spread the cost of your golf cart over a period that suits your budget.
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes. We offer nationwide delivery and have service and support centres in both the Western Cape and Johannesburg.
Are replacement parts readily available?
Yes. We carry a range of replacement parts and consumables locally to ensure minimal downtime and fast support when required.
